Recently, a lot of people complained that the new runtime (2.2.3.344) does not determine Your coordinates on Android. You need to do the following:
Update "Google Play Services" on your phone (the latest version at the moment: 19.2.74);
Update the "Google Play Services" extension in your GMS project (latest version at the moment: 3.1.6). Since the old extension will be replaced by a new one, you will need to follow the steps in the instruction;
End User Licence Agreement (EULA).
